How do I become a participant?
Review the Texas Connect Trust Agreement, Information Statement and Investment Policy. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Participation through your institution’s governing body. Fill out, sign, and email the completed Application and Participant Certification, Authorized Signers Certification, Bank Account Registration Form, and the Resolution Authorizing Participation to the Texas Connect Client Services team at [email protected]
How do I close an account?
If a Participant wishes to close an account, it should request a “redemption to close” via the Texas Connect web portal. Participants may also close accounts by calling 866.877.2368. If transacting telephonically, participants should be prepared to provide their account number, bank information, and unique authorization code.
What are the hours I can get help from Texas Connect Client Services?
Texas Connect Client Services are available from 8:00 AM Central Time to 4:00 PM Central Time on regular business days.
Who are Texas Connect investors (participants)?
Eligible investors in Texas Connect, include but are not limited to, Texas municipalities, counties, school districts, fresh water supply districts, hospital districts, political subdivisions, public corporations, instrumentalities of the State of Texas, and non-profit corporations acting on behalf of any of the aforementioned public entities.
How do I sign up for online access?
Participants should call the Texas Connect Clients Services to request online access.
How can I make audit confirmation requests?
All audit confirmation requests should be made electronically to ensure timely responses to all such requests. Signed audit confirmations will be emailed to the email address specified in the request.
How can I add banking instructions for my account?
Complete the Bank Account Registration Form and return to Texas Connect Client Services.
How can I update who is an authorized signer on my account?
Complete the Authorized Signers Certification Form and return to Texas Connect Client Services.
